PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for compliance with all requirements of IL program and supporting the program needs of residents within the program.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study or equivalent field experience and three years of relevant experience
- Strong general knowledge of community resources and independent living objectives.
- Flexibility to oversee and coordinate various program responsibilities
- Computer proficiency: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Manage all components of quality assurance and program compliance.
- Update and track all IL documentation on the VOH server.
- Responsible for meeting and ensuring all IL needs for residents within the program.
- Maintain compliance with policies, training requirements, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, and operating protocols at all times.
- Attend in-service workshops and training programs.
- Implement and follow all program policies.
- Demonstrate ability to independently analyze and think critically.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and overall administrative skills.
- The ability to work independently while functioning as part of a cooperative and coordinated team.
- Tracks VOH stats and stats for all residents.
- Assistant to the Director of Villages of Hope.
- Coordinates all of Christmas.
- Creates all itineraries for new program staff.
LOCATION
LIFE SKILLS MANAGER
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for advancing the mission of Villages of Hope by managing and strengthening Independent Living (IL) and Financial Empowerment programming for residents. This includes but is not limited to equipping residents with life skills, financial accountability, and parenting education necessary for long-term stability and independence, and providing program oversight, structure, and accountability to ensure IL and financial programming operates with excellence and measurable outcomes.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, finance, human services, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience in independent living programs, financial coaching, case management, or program oversight.
- Strong understanding of financial literacy and independent living objectives.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Villages of Hope.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve a structured Independent Living curriculum.
- Ensure all residents participate in and complete required IL programming.
- Monitor participation, engagement, and measurable progress.
- Support and guide residents in exploring and pursuing career pathways, including vocational training, higher education, certifications, internships, and employment opportunities aligned with their strengths and long-term goals.

Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure residents maintain current budgets and demonstrate financial accountability.
- Oversee program systems that track debt reduction, savings growth, and financial stability.
- Ensure consistent implementation of financial literacy curriculum (e.g., Dave Ramsey or similar).
- Identify barriers or trends impacting resident financial progress and address at a program level.
- Provide oversight and accountability for financial programming without performing bookkeeping or direct financial transactions.
- Ensure parenting residents have access to structured parenting education.
- Track participation and curriculum completion.
- Collaborate with staff and partners to align programming with resident needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and program metrics.
- Communicate regularly with campus leadership regarding progress and outcomes.
- Uphold policies, standards, and the overall excellence of Villages of Hope programming.
