VISITATION CENTER SUPERVISOR

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing the Shade Tree visitation center and employees.  

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in social work or a related area and at least two years of experience in human services or child welfare programs; or a doctorate in social work or a related area of study and one year of experience in human services or child welfare programs
  • Strong general knowledge of child and youth development and the child welfare system
  • Flexibility to manage various program responsibilities
  • Computer proficiency: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Oversee all components of the program, employees, clients, volunteers, donors, and vendors.
  • Implement and follow all program policies.
  • Ensure all program and clinical policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, and operating protocol are in compliance with organization and all regulations at all times.
  • Oversee, implement, and train employees in all safety and security measures and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Meet all pertinent contractual requirements.
  • Management of quality assurance of charts, policies, trainings, and applicable contract compliance to assure that best practices are in place and being utilized at all times.
  • Schedule and attend applicable training workshops and training programs to meet requirements.
  • Tracking all services and visitations provided.
  • Support a safe, neutral environment where children can build safe and healthy relationships with non-custodial parents and/or other relatives.
  • Manage day to day general business affairs, to include but not be limited to coordination of   interaction with vendors, service providers, regulatory agencies, donors, and volunteers.
  • Lead team meetings with employees, as needed.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Assist with all components of the program, visitation, employees, clients, volunteers, donors, and vendors.
  • Implement and follow all program policies.
  • Monitor the full duration of visits according to established policy and procedure.
  • Ensure all program and clinical policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, and operating protocol are in compliance with organization and all regulations at all times.
  • Ensure all safety and security measures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain tracking to ensure all pertinent contractual requirements are met.
  • Management of quality assurance of charts, policies, trainings, and applicable contract compliance to assure that best practices are in place and being utilized at all times.

  • Handle pickup’s and/or deliveries.

Program

SECURITY SPECIALIST

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing and implementing the safety and security measures of the Villages of Hope campus.

 POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma and six months relevant experience
  • Strong general knowledge of security and safety resources
  • Flexibility to facilitate campus-wide safety and security responsibilities
  • Computer proficiency: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Oversee campus-wide safety and security initiatives for the residential and campus life aspects of the independent living program.
  • Maintain all locks/security measures on campus. Immediately alert appropriate staff of any malfunctioning security measures.
  • Be responsible for all keys to secured areas (such as office, medication cabinets, hazardous materials storage, vehicles, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure all components of the campus with clients, donors, volunteers, and vendors are handled with excellence and meet standards and policies.
  • Maintain all required trainings within required timeframe.
  • Manage day to day general business affairs, to include but not be limited to coordination of the administrative offices, functions and other support staff, as well as interaction with vendors, suppliers, service providers, regulatory agencies, donors, and volunteers.
