Villages of Hope has served over 100 lives in transitional care in 10 years! On a daily basis, we serve young adults, many with children of their own, who have aged out of foster care or would be otherwise homeless. If no one takes action these youth will be left with little hope and destined to struggle.

As with everyone, our youth have definite needs throughout the year. Our goal is to help this vulnerable population, ages 18-25, successfully bridge into adulthood by not only providing for their physical needs in a safe transitional environment, but by also providing the experiences and life-skills needed to be thriving, contributing members of the community. Our One Life Campaign empowers the community to take action. On average, 1 in 4 emancipated youth will experience PTSD. Together, we will meet the physical, emotional and developmental needs of the youth in our care.

Every gift that you give will be matched (on a dollar-for-dollar basis) by our One Life Matching Fund Sponsors.
