The program trains and supports people of faith, enabling them to take placement of foster children, ranging from newborns to teens, within their own home. Children who have been afflicted by abuse and/or neglect throughout the region are given the opportunity to experience the healing and stability they desperately deserve. Our foster families are given ongoing material, emotional, and spiritual support to care for children in need. If you would like to learn more about fostering, visit our foster tab.

Our Homes of Hope program is also committed to mobilizing and involving the faith community to respond to the ever-growing crisis in our region. Hundreds of children are being removed from their homes, separated from siblings, and moved out of county due the lack of families to care for them. We believe it is our responsibility to ensure there are no more orphans in our region. Through the partnership of the Church, we can meet this need and find a place for every child to call home.

Please consider joining arms with Place of Hope in the following ways:

  • Spread awareness about the need for new foster homes in your faith community
  • Start an orphan care ministry at your church and commit to announcements, orientations, and on-site trainings with the assistance of Place of Hope
  • Support families in your church who foster and/or adopt
  • Start a prayer team to be actively committed in prayer for our youth
